How a job runs

Planned servicing, a breakdown repair or a replacement part all start the same way.

  1. Tell us about the machine

Send the machine type, brand and model, and what you need. A photo of the nameplate helps.

  2. Quotation or site visit

We discuss the work with you and prepare a quotation, or arrange a visit to inspect the machine.

  3. Service, repair or parts

The agreed work is carried out, or the parts are sourced and supplied.

Questions we are often asked

Which machine brands do you service?

All brands. We work on laser cutting, plasma cutting, press brake and shearing machines from all manufacturers, as well as general workshop machines. Send us the brand and model and we will confirm the details.

Do you come to our workshop?

Yes. We can arrange a site visit to inspect the machine and discuss the work with you.

Do you handle planned servicing as well as breakdowns?

Yes. We carry out preventive servicing to keep machines running as they should, as well as fault diagnosis and breakdown repairs when a machine stops.

What should I do if a machine breaks down?

Send us the machine details on WhatsApp with a photo or short video of the problem and any alarm code on the screen. We will reply with the next steps and arrange the repair.

Can you supply spare parts?

Yes. We source and supply machine components and replacement parts for the equipment you already run. Send us a photo of the part and of the machine nameplate, or the part number if you have it.

How do I get a quotation?

Tell us the machine type, brand and model, and what you need. We will discuss the work with you and prepare a suitable quotation, or arrange a site visit to inspect the machine first.

Which areas do you cover?

We are based in Dubai and work with factories, workshops and metal fabrication businesses in the UAE.

What should I send when I contact you?

A photo of the machine nameplate, or the brand and model; any alarm code on the screen; a short video of the problem if you can take one safely; and where the machine is.

What to send us

Most machines carry a metal nameplate on the frame or the electrical cabinet. A photo of it tells us the manufacturer, model and year in one go.

  • A photo of the nameplate, or the brand and model
  • The alarm code or message on the controller screen, if there is one
  • A short video of the problem, if you can take one safely
  • Where the machine is, and when it can be stopped for work

Machine down, or time for a service? Send us the details and we will take it from there.

Let’s discuss what you need.

Tell us the machine type, brand and model, and what is happening. Photos or a short video from your phone help us prepare.
